Service offering

Site reliability engineering

Reliability work starts with what users need to be able to do, then with the signals that show whether that is happening.

Business problems

  • Incidents that are reconstructed from memory.
  • Dashboards that do not match the user journey.
  • On-call load caused by alerts nobody can act on.

Services and solutions

Service objectives

A small set of user-facing targets and the measurements behind them.

Incident practice

Roles, timelines, and a written follow-up that changes the system.

Operability

Runbooks, health checks, and a rollback that has been tried.

Technical capabilities

  • Logging, metrics, and tracing wired to a user journey.
  • Alert review so pages fire for action, not for noise.
  • Error budgets used as a scheduling input, not a slogan.

Business benefits

  • Shorter, calmer incidents.
  • A release decision that includes reliability, not only features.
  • Knowledge that survives a staff change.

Technologies

The observability tools you already pay for. We do not require a new vendor to begin.

Engagement models

  • A discovery sprint to confirm the outcome, constraints, and whether the work should proceed.
  • A fixed-scope build when the architecture and acceptance criteria are clear.
  • A monthly engineering partnership for a platform, reliability, or AI system that needs ongoing care.
  • Staff augmentation when you need specific engineers inside your team. See IT staffing.

Questions

Do you replace our on-call team?

We can join it for a period or design the practice your team runs. A permanent handover is a staffing conversation.

Is this the same as AI incident management?

No. Assisted summaries are a planned add-on and are described separately. The base practice does not depend on a model.

Talk with an engineer

Tell us the business outcome. We will say whether we can help, what the first step is, and what we will not pretend to have already done.
