How we work

Our delivery process

Three stages. Each one ends with something you can read and a decision to continue or stop.

Business problems

  • Work that starts in a tool before anyone agrees the outcome.
  • A build with no operational owner.

Services and solutions

Discover

Interviews, a look at the current system, risks, and success criteria. Output: a short recommendation.

Design and build

Architecture, backlog, implementation, and tests. Output: a change you can review.

Operate and improve

Runbooks, signals, and a list of what to change next. Output: a system someone named can run.

Technical capabilities

  • Written scope before build.
  • Access that expires.
  • A rollback noted before production changes.

Business benefits

  • You can stop after discovery.
  • The people who will operate the system are in the design.

Technologies

Chosen in discovery. Not prescribed here.

Engagement models

  • A discovery sprint to confirm the outcome, constraints, and whether the work should proceed.
  • A fixed-scope build when the architecture and acceptance criteria are clear.
  • A monthly engineering partnership for a platform, reliability, or AI system that needs ongoing care.
  • Staff augmentation when you need specific engineers inside your team. See IT staffing.

Questions

How long is discovery?

Long enough to name the outcome and the constraint. We quote a duration after we know the subject. We do not print a universal day count.

Talk with an engineer

Tell us the business outcome. We will say whether we can help, what the first step is, and what we will not pretend to have already done.
